Getting started

What can I make with Mazeazia?
AI images and short videos on Create, and ready-to-post videos and Pins in Content Studio — then schedule them to TikTok and Pinterest from the same place.
Where do my images and videos go?
Everything you generate or upload is in your Library (Images, Videos, Your Uploads, Failed). Finished Content Studio videos and Pins are in Content.
How do I go from an idea to a scheduled post?
In Content Studio, create content — you get a draft in Drafts. Render it; the finished video moves to Content. Schedule it from there (or approve a platform version under Repurposed versions) and it shows on your Calendar.

Plans & credits

How do credits work?
Each generation uses credits, and the cost is shown before you generate. Each plan includes a monthly amount — see Pricing. Your balance and history are under Usage.
What can I do on the Free plan?
Free includes trial credits and the fast image models. Downloads and previews carry a small Mazeazia watermark. You can connect your channels and save post drafts, but nothing is published on Free — upgrade to post automatically.
A video failed to generate. Do I lose my credits?
No. When a model can't make a clip, the credits are refunded automatically. The attempt and the reason are listed in Library → Failed, with a one-click “Rephrase & retry”.
Is there a limit on how many videos I can render?
Yes — there's a daily render limit that grows with your plan. It resets every day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Billing and choose Cancel subscription. You keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the billing period. See the Refund Policy.

Channels & posting

Which platforms can I post to?
TikTok (videos and photo posts) and Pinterest (image and video Pins). Connect them on Channels — you can connect multiple accounts.
How do I schedule a post?
Use Schedule Post on any image or video in your Library, schedule finished videos from Content, or approve a platform version under Repurposed versions. Everything scheduled shows on your Calendar. Not sure what to write? Use the ✨ AI Assist button to suggest a caption and hashtags.
Can I upload a custom TikTok cover?
TikTok only lets apps choose a frame from the video as the cover — not a separate image. Pick the cover frame when you schedule.
Why does my post say “deferred”?
Platforms limit how many posts one account can publish per day. When you reach that limit, the post waits and goes out automatically as soon as a slot frees up — you don't need to do anything.
A post failed. What should I do?
Open the post on your Calendar to see the reason — we also email you. The most common cause is an expired connection: reconnect the account on Channels, then schedule the post again.
Will I know when a post goes live?
Yes. We email you when a scheduled post is published or if it fails, and the Calendar marks it Posted with a link to the live post.

Uploads, files & storage

What files can I upload?
Images in JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each. Voiceover audio for a draft can be up to 4 MB.
Why did an upload disappear?
Uploads that were never used in a generation are deleted automatically after 30 days. Uploads you used stay — Your Uploads shows the days left on each one.
Where did my older content go?
Content you haven't opened, edited, scheduled or posted for 60 days moves to Archived. Restore it any time — archived items still count toward your storage.
A download says it's temporarily unavailable.
That's a short hiccup while we prepare your file. Wait a moment and try again — if it keeps happening, let us know.

Account & privacy

How do I share an image publicly?
Open the image in your Library and choose Make Public. It appears in the community gallery on Explore; make it private again to remove it.
How do I get a copy of my data or delete my account?
Send a request from the Data Request page. See also our Privacy Policy.
